This note is for clarity, not legal advice, and is not a contract.

• We use your email to send job alerts you asked for.
• Your password is stored by our sign-in provider, not by Qubitix Jobs.
• Your resume file stays on your device. We do not upload the file.
• If you save a match alert, we keep the skills, years of experience, and degree from that match — not the resume file and not the resume text.
• You can delete your account on the alerts page. That removes your alerts, match profile, and notifications.
